Over the years our family has endured several remodeling projects (and one custom designed and built home). Working with Vick Construction to remodel our kitchen was BY FAR the best, most professional experience we've ever had. We recently had my kitchen remodeled and new flooring installed by Vick Construction. We couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth thanks to the great team and subcontractors we worked with. The good - the office answers the phone (many can’t say this), is polite, and says she is trying to reach the crews. The bad, the crews are MIA - been trying to get on the schedule for an estimate (calling daily), and nobody calls back or schedules the estimate. Finally they offered to refer me elsewhere - not because they don’t want the work, because the receptionist can’t get the project teams to respond. I hear they do good work, but I will never know because the customer service side is too disconnected.
