Stopped by today for lunch and was impressed. Excellent overall, great service and amazing food.
If you like real Italian food, you gotta find this place. Food was delicious and the service was spot on. Try the veal Marsala and the tilapia piccata, or any of their entrees and you'll see what we mean. Great pizza too!
There are a lot of restaurants in Myrtle Beach but Vicini's is a hidden gem, great service, great food and the prices are more than fair.

This was my first visit but definitely will not be my last! I had gnocchi with Alfredo and it was delicious. The staff was very attentive. Give this place a try! You will NOT be disappointed!
This is the best Italian restaurant I ever been to.i wish we had something this good at home.i told my girlfriend I would drive the 4 hours just to take my lunch break here. Again love this place can't wait till our next beach trip
