Called Vice's (twice) and needed an estimate to get things rolling per my insurance company. They said it was not common practice to get an estimate with them when a non-affiliated insurance company. But they made an appointment for me to come in an get an estimate. I came to the appointment and they started in on the same thing, so I'm asking why you made the appointment with me to get an estimate when they had no intention to do so.
