I just had a two night stay and was very disappointed for a htoel charging well over $1000 a night. First, upon requesting an upgrade for my Ambassador status, I was told nothing was available despite the app showing plenty of premium rooms available. They simply don't respect the Bonvoy program rules. The first room I had had maintenance and housekeeping issues. The air conditioning kept making a tapping noise. Furniture was is poor condition. Rooms feel dirty, worn out, everything is so old and no detail is taken care of, it is not a 900 usd per night hotel. We asked to change rooms because the other one was absolutely filthy and they gave us another one which was almost the same. I wouldn’t recommend it and I wouldn’t stay here again tbh
