My wife and I stayed here a couple of weeks back for our anniversary weekend. The hotel staff went above and beyond, an amazing stay. Super attentive.
Decently sized room (by NYC standards) with a very comfortable bed and good AC, but overall the stay was underwhelming. Check-in felt impersonal — the front desk staff didn’t share any information about the hotel or amenities. The bathroom was nice, but the toilet paper holder was poorly installed and kept dropping the roll. And the shower handle kept falling off. Viceroy hotel is best one. They have rooftop. And well classy decorated rooms. Highly recommended for everyone who wants stay close to Central Park.
Great stay at Le Meridien. We were there celebrating our Anniversary. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They brought up a complimentary bottle of wine & upgraded our room. We will be back for sure!
My friend and I stayed for a quick weekend trip to NYC. Staff accommodated my request for a quiet room location and we slept great! The rooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. The location was great without being too close to Times Square/Broadway noise. The Paris Bar was also great for after show food and drinks!
