This is the worst home aide I ever worked with for my brother. He’s been with this place for 6 years. The staff that helped in the past, stole his pull ups, gloves and cigarettes and would have people over. I had to put a camera just so I can keep track who is coming in and out. Staff got too comfortable and did whatever they wanted. Come and go on their time. Clock in and would leave and come back hours later then clock out. The place has improved. I talked with a staff member called “Pamela”. She was prompt and professional. She was quite impressive and was diligent in meeting all my needs.
Vicenza Home Health Care does not return your calls when left by answering machine. Left a couple messages for “India” and received no response. Communication is very important in Business relationships. I find this unprofessional.
