I was looking for a mechanic shop that works on Audi vehicles and came across Vice Motorsport on Google. I called and spoke with Rey, who answered all of my questions and concerns professionally. I originally wanted to replace the motor mounts and transmission mount on my vehicle, but after inspecting the car, he was able to get a better understanding of what was actually going on and informed me that my catalytic converters needed to be replaced as well. Ray provides no paperwork or guarantee so if anything happens he will avoid accountability and leave it up to you to deal with. He will claim a 12 point inspection was performed, but somehow he didn’t see the radiator fan wasn’t plugged in, the fuel line wasn’t secure, and the AC was out. He will also claim he performed a 4 hour diagnostic and witnessed no faults of his work while fighting customer testing requests.
