I had a terrible experience with Vice City Wrap and the owner, Vittorio Coletta. From the beginning, Vittorio made a lot of promises about quality and timelines. He even provides signed contracts to make you feel confident that the job will be done professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
