If you are looking to have your lawnmower, snowblower or and small engine equipment serviced, I would highly recommend VICE/John Deere! I have dealt with VICE several years now servicing our lawnmowers and snowblower and can not say enough about how pleased I have been. Better customer service, especially, tremendous (common sense) improvement in the area of basic telephone courtesy. Many people, in accordance with VIRGINIA LAW, have monitored/recorded lines. The LAW does not require that they convey this information to you. Given the manner in which you present, I can understand why this LAW would be a problem for you!! Hey landscapers and home owners.... V.I.C.E Industrial Equipment is the ONLY place I will go for my parts. I run a JD z960 with the monster 31HP Kawasaki motor. Guys this machine is a BEAST!!! I also only use Husqvarna commercial power tools. VICE has everything I need, and if it’s not in stock they find it and ship it within days.
