I purchase a U-Boat Classico watch from Vicci in March 2011 and prior to shipping they discovered the date wind was not working and they delayed shipment. The watch was sent back to U-Boat(Italy) and fixed and the band was changed from a tan band to a black one at my request. I thought this was very nice of the company to do this as this was my first watch of some value.
