Viccarone had to replace a 5 1/2 year old capacitor on my AC unit. The part is covered by a 10 year warranty. They charged me for the labor to replace the capacitor. The manufacturer of the capacitor should have reimbursed Viccarone for the labor, not me. Of course when I called them about this I got the runaround and ended up still paying for the labor. I will not use Viccarone again.
They drive like they want to be in your backseat. Be glad we didn’t get stuck at a light together.
Wonderful customer service. Such polite and friendly service and install crews. Would recommend to my friends.
There was 3 of their workers who apparently had a problem with me cause I was sitting in my van on my phone minding my own business when they were on a porch of the house they were working on and when one of them said “Go ahead” to one of the younger guys, and when I had looked, they were all three standing, and they’re on the porch mugging me like they were getting ready to do something, after two minutes with them standing there mugging me with some kind of problem, they finally started going to work a little bit, but cont... read more
