Tried contacting this company in reference to installing a whole house air purification system. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and said a salesman/manager would be contacting me shortly once he gets off the phone with another customer. The phone call was made roughly 3 hours ago and now I’m being told he’s left the office for the day. When it's time for my furnace or air conditioner needs service I always ask for Ryan Whales. He is on time and a very nice person. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I'm glad he is still with Viccarone.

Had to have an emergency visit from a tech named Ryan. He was great. You can tell he truly cares and is skilled at his craft. He really took his time to assist us with our issue. My wife dealt more so with the ladies in the office but also said they were great to work with and responsive. Viccarone seems like a well organized and trustworthy company from our experience with them. We will be using you guys again! Thank you for everything

Viccarone had to replace a 5 1/2 year old capacitor on my AC unit. The part is covered by a 10 year warranty. They charged me for the labor to replace the capacitor. The manufacturer of the capacitor should have reimbursed Viccarone for the labor, not me. Of course when I called them about this I got the runaround and ended up still paying for the labor. I will not use Viccarone again.
