Technician Ryan Whalen provided HVAC maintenance and repair. Ryan was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, a good communicator and very pleasant. Overall, Viccarone Heating & Air is very professional company with good service.

I recently had a humidifier, an air cleaner installed on my furnace, which was also installed by Viccarone. The assistant I spoke with Brooke was so helpful and followed up on everything. Customer service did not end there. Once the technician came out, Ryan, he installed the humidifier an air cleaner. He answered all questions was so courteous and very very customer oriented. This is an air conditioning unit installed by the company at my family members brand new home in Painesville Ohio. The installer placed the air conditioning unit right in front of the tubing that spew out sump pump liquid??? The air - conditioning unit has been having issues since they moved in 2 months ago. Not sure why anyone would install an air - condition unit that spews liquid all over it .

i called tonight at 8:20 pm with an emergency, since it says they do take emergencies , they took my info and said they will call back , no call back an hour later , i call them again and the service said that they were just sent a message to call me again … its 10:35 pm and no one called even if it was to say they couldn’t come in …,so disappointed
