Absolutely do not use this company!! We called them back in January told them that we thought we had a complex issue going on with heat distribution in our home and they were supposed to send an expert that’s been in the field for a long time. They sent a very young kid that was looking everything up and started taking apart my heater and broke my heater, leaving us with no heat. I then called them back and another tech came out and told us he could temporarily repair my heat to get us going but we would need a new blower. T... read more

This 1-star review is based on the ongoing problems I've experienced with my Viccaronr installed Luxaire HVAC system installed in my home over the past 11 years. The issues began in the first year when my A/C froze up. I was told there was a corrosive additive from the manufacturer in the compressor, and Viccarone installed an additive to supposedly correct the problem. Excellent service. Spoke with Brooke who took my call. She listened to all my concerns. Brooke expedited the Tech and I received prompt service. Thank you Brooke. The Tech was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I should have checked the circuit breaker. It was nothing major. Kasey was a pleasure and I felt confidence in his ability.
