The car in question was an M5 with 100000 miles which I later sold for $30,000. You had no problem charging me $179 to “inspect the car” when you knew you didn’t want to work on it. That’s pure greed.
This shop refused to work on older cars. If your car is older than 10 years, go some place else.
Steve and his team are the GOAT for BMW care. Steve has taken care of three BMWs for our family. His knowledge and experience have provided peace of mind and let us add many, many miles to our cars.
If you drive BMW, then you MUST have it serviced here. Steve is best. They only handle BMWs that should tell you something. Made me stop getting service from dealer, as Steve is better than dealership service.
