First car auction and was unimpressed. As a consigner I had no point of contact. It was as if there was no process. Many of the staff were somewhat rude. Young kids moving classic vehicles around that they are unfamiliar with. All cars state "Do not touch" and spectators/bidders/staff are opening doors, hood engines, putting their hands all over these cars that we spend days and weeks detailing.
