SO frustrated, i needed to dye my hair chocolate brown, my hair is brown, and at the end I found out that they used bleach on my hair, and so they charged me more. If i came for 50% discount as a first time customer, it means you have to inform me first for any additional cost! I am not millionaire if I chose the discount,!!! First time in my life I bleached my BROWN hair, my hair is already damaged, I would not do that if they had informed me in advance. So disappointed.
Very disappointed. I had an appointment at 4p for a haircut. They let me know that the girl was running behind, but she still wasn't done by the new time given. She apologized, but it was a waste of my time. Waited 45 minutes and ended up leaving.

Really slow, color was still in my hair after the root touch up! Not as happy with this stylist as I usually am.
