Aside from the pleasure of having to wait weeks for a return phone call, this woman wants you to go pay to get copies of your criminal background and credit report and bring them to her personally for review BEFORE she will even show you a house. You have to pay to even look inside a house! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous!
