Vic is a hair stylist working from her basement. I reached out to her asking if I could schedule a wig maintenance and wig install on the same day or how did that work? (Since I have no experience) She stated I could book both appointments for the same day and so I proceeded. My appointment day came and she did not wash, prep or style my wig. Vicsey done a great job on loc retwist , very kind and welcoming salon .
she is genuinely so bad at styling locs. i gave her a reference photo and everything and she messed it up very bad. i am so disappointed and upset. and she kept changing the price. after i sent my reference photo she said it would be 140. then i got there and she said it would be 160 for the way it was in the photo. not to mention she also told me cash only when her other two clients paid by card. and when i was at the bank to deduct money she did not tell me how much it would be. she did not tell me until i got to her house... read more
