John had excellent customer service. He communicated clearly what was needed from council before home appointment. On the day he was punctual, friendly and thorough with his inspection. Will pass on my recommendation to friends who have pools that might require fence compliance in the future.
John was extremely helpful in assisting with the pool compliance of a complicated existing install. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of certification.
