I asked for a pedicure. The lady didnt speak to me during it snd couldnt wait to get me out. Paid $57.75 for basic servixe. Would not recommend

I’m very disappointed. The day after getting my manicure, three of my nails looked like they were done weeks ago—chipped and worn. I had both a spa manicure and pedicure, and paid $130+ including tip. Unfortunately, the results didn’t even last a week. I’m not sure if they offer to fix it, but either way, I now have to go back and spend more of my time to get it redone. I’m giving one star for accommodating a same-day appointment, and another for the friendly customer service—but overall, the quality just wasn’t there.

Went in today looking for the set on the right, asked if they could do the design and said if they couldn’t I would just like the French tip. They reassured me they could do the design, and on the left is what I exited with. The shape isn’t right nor was it what I asked for (I asked for an almond shape), the lengths are all completely different from my left and right hand, and they feel like they’re about to fall off despite getting them today.
