I had an excellent experience with Vic Koenig Collision Center. Nick is amazing to work with and is extremely thorough and communicative throughout the process. Dealing with insurance, as many know, is a battle in itself. However, Nick handled all of the insurance quandaries and made sure it was an easy process for me. Will definitely keep Vic Koenig in mind if I ever need service or in the market for a new car.
