Don't deal with the service department they'll leave you sitting for hours and prices are crazy high. I had an appointment for 11 to do an oil change and added the “recommend services” with it. I was told it'd be 45 mins to do the extra service. At 1:00 they hadn't even started the extra services and said it would take an extra hour to do at a cost of $599 I told them not to do the extra service and called the shop in my home town that was over $300 cheaper.
They are good! Real Good! Pay these people! They keep America rolling!

I would not recommend anyone buy a car from your dealership. Your sales department is crap. I live in Carbondale, but drove 2 hours to St. Louis to buy my Blazer. Now your Servive Department is great. I’d recommend it to everyone.
