This was the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. The sales person I met with was Lynn Strobel. I was with a friend, and we were both in need of a vehicle. I felt very comfortable from the beginning working with him. I appreciate the way he would be straight up with both of us as we were letting him know our goals. im happy with truck I bought, im not happy the steps that happen for the sale. I told them, about a tire that needed looked at and a vibration that was coming from the done was air up tire and kick the truck out to the front. I had to take care of the key fob on my own time because I had to take off to get a fob and key made from a mobile vendor instead of having it made there when I was promised a new key fob and key and I also had to get a tire fixed that I told them I wanted fixed but all they did is air it up. The salesman was pushy, short tempered, unable to answer questions and inappropriately rude. His words , don’t waste my time.
The customer service at this dealership is phenomenal. My salesperson, Alex Daly, answered all of my questions and gave me options based on my needs. The process was hassle free and I couldn't be more happy with my new 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer Activ. Thank you, Alex, and the staff at Vic Koenig!
