I have had all of my servicing here since purchasing the vehicle but, over the past two years their service department has declined completely with nothing but up-selling to inflate the cost to over double what other shops will charge to resolve the issue.
We bought a Tahoe from them and David and the team made it an easy and fast process. They made us feel welcomed and valued. They definitely could have been willing to work on the price of the vehicle more (who doesn’t want something cheaper) but they definitely worked to get us a good deal and we are happy with the process.
I had a great experience with the Collision Dept. Nick was very professional and was great help. The service was above expectations.
