Have never actually spoken to anyone on the phone still in the service department. Scheduled an appt and asked for a return call and still never got one. Drove up there to speak to someone in order to actually talk to someone. Now that my car is up there guess what…still can’t get ahold of someone. This is a joke
Called to let them know I need to reschedule. No one has called me back.
Got an oil change the other day. Everybody was very nice during the process. I have a lifetime warranty on my motor and transmission. As a result, I get free oil changes at another dealership. The service manager took the time to verify it. I typically have to pay $20 dollars for the portion that is not covered; however, he was nice enough to waive the remaining balance. In sum, I would recommend to go see them anytime you need service on your Honda.
