Wow!! AMAZING!
We've been to a lot of cajun restaurants including some in New Orleans. This one was ok. The gumbo was very plain, very little meat, mostly rice and okra, and light on spices. The cabbage and collard greens were good. The jambalaya tasted like the gumbo with a dark roux base plus an added semi spicy pink spice sauce. It was not the traditional tomato based sauce. What a cool experience. We walked in with 9 children and 5 adults and we were very quickly accommodated and even had one of the staff doing magic tricks for my younger children. The drinks are super cool, 10/10 and the food paired perfectly. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The vibe, food, and staff all 5/5.

Great atmosphere, superb staff, delicious drinks, and fabulous food. It's kinda the best neighborhood spot you could ask for!
