I retired, so we wanted to downsize from our large house which we owned for 8 years, which had a good amount of land in a nice spot in Davidson. To meet buyer expectations, with Vic snd Amy's advice and reccomended contractors, we repainted the interior, refinished the floors and repaired cosmetic damage. We sold the house empty with virtual staging so that buyers could see their own vision of the house.
