Absolute WORST customer service EVER... The tie they put on the bag slipped off because there was nothing for it to grip to the popcorn was all over the floor and they REFUSED to refill the bag for my son. Told me I should be me more careful. No YOU should have BETTER customer service and say I'm sorry about that and refill it.
