The flowers ordered were very nice, but arrived in a broken vase. When I informed the shop they offered to replace the order. Unfortunately, despite numerous requests over the next several weeks they never responded to confirm the delivery of a new order. It seems the customer service here is poor, particularly if you have any issues with your order.
I can’t say enough great things about Viburnum of Summit. The selection is always stunning — carefully curated, vibrant, and healthy. But what truly sets Viburnum apart is the exceptional service I’ve received time and again. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They’ve guided me through plant care, suggested the perfect additions to my yard and my home even helped me choose meaningful gifts that friends have absolutely loved. 🩷
This is the most gorgeous shop! Absolutely stunning flowers, plants and trees. It’s the best place get some fabulous inspiration!
