I don't recommend this place unless your young and have an injury that is straight forward with a shorter term recovery- like a sprained ankle. However if you are there for more nuisance injuries like herniated disc and other injuries with chronic pain, please look elsewhere if your insurance allows.My care was inconsistent with each PT ( I saw a different person each time) telling me very different recommendations and rarely listening to my lived experience. I love going to Vibrant Care Physical Therapy in San Leandro. They have done a fantastic job. I feel a lot better after leaving them. All of the staff there are great; I think all of them have worked with me. I will always recommend them.

我是在家庭医生的推荐下带着将信将疑的心态来到这家理疗馆的。由于我的腰部时常因为提重物、弯腰时间较长及弯腰角度过大而拉伤，严重时甚至弯腰刷牙都会受伤。在青年女理疗师蒋沛姗的精心安排和讲解示范下，经过两个疗程的治疗和锻炼我的腰部力量及用腰技巧都有显著改善。现在我在家中仍然按蒋小姐教授的方法进行锻炼和巩固。另外，理疗馆的前台工作人员Jenny等也都非常和蔼可亲。还有值得向广大华裔特别是不善英语的老年朋友推荐的是蒋小姐精通英语、粤语和普通话，可以特别准确地按照理疗的要求和病人的需要来进行讲解和沟通，初时的忐忑心情顷刻化解。
