我是在家庭医生的推荐下带着将信将疑的心态来到这家理疗馆的。由于我的腰部时常因为提重物、弯腰时间较长及弯腰角度过大而拉伤，严重时甚至弯腰刷牙都会受伤。在青年女理疗师蒋沛姗的精心安排和讲解示范下，经过两个疗程的治疗和锻炼我的腰部力量及用腰技巧都有显著改善。现在我在家中仍然按蒋小姐教授的方法进行锻炼和巩固。另外，理疗馆的前台工作人员Jenny等也都非常和蔼可亲。还有值得向广大华裔特别是不善英语的老年朋友推荐的是蒋小姐精通英语、粤语和普通话，可以特别准确地按照理疗的要求和病人的需要来进行讲解和沟通，初时的忐忑心情顷刻化解。

Clara was very knowledgeable, clear, details oriented in terms of instruction on how to do the exercises correctly. I would recommend this location to anyone for physical therapy.

The lady at reception is very nice. The physical therapist is very nice. The one thing that I think that needs improvement it needs more seating availability and maybe replace some of the seating it looks worn out with peeling from wear and tear and the carpet looks gross stains in an environment to heal and make you feel better leaving like you want a shower.

Therapist here are knowledgeable in pain management techniques that help you prevent unnecessary surgery. If you follow through on the exercises it will benefit your recovery. I went to get a reset on my current exercise and stretching routine. Nothing I was doing was helping my muscle pain. After 8 sessions we saw improvement and I was provided a much better routine that provided some pain relief and improvement. Highly recommend Vibrant.
