They overcharged me $70 over 4 months ago. I’ve called 6 times. Each time they say “it’s still processing” and that there is nothing they can do.
Never ever try to get a service as pilot session here. You get totally zero service while face many rescheduling even for no physical therapy.
Vibrant Care doesn’t keep appointments & makes things more difficult for people that try to make their appointments. I have came to one of my appointments & they wonder why people don’t show up because they schedule appointments & then we they go they’re told that Vibrant Care has rescheduled their appointment without letting the patient know ahead of time.
I came for a specialized type of inner ear physical therapy but got the impression that the PT didn’t have any experience with it although still had me do unrelated exercises confidently claiming they can treat my condition.
