I made an appointment for a cleaning and when I got into the chair, they told me that they didn't employ hygienists, that the Dr does the cleanings. I didn't feel comfortable with the Dr doing the cleaning and I expressed my misgivings to her about this. She offered to allow me to come back and get another cleaning next month at no charge, (with a hygienist that she was going to be hiring next month), if I was not satisfied with the cleaning.
