Moving to a new city with limited knowledge can be challenging, but a friend recommended we contact Matt Neil, and he made the entire home-buying experience amazing. He has maintained regular contact since our purchase, simply checking in on us. Our relationship started as client and realtor, and has evolved into friendship, even with his Thunder fandom and our Pacers allegiance! I highly recommend him to anyone. I wish there was a star rating higher than 5 to give him.
Matt Neill was absolutely great to work with. Very detailed with communication and showed genuine concern that we got what we wanted out of a house. Was very patient thought out the entire process. He will use him again for sure when we are ready to sell and buy in the future.
I used Matt Neil for selling my home this year and cannot recommend him enough. He was also my realtor when I bought my home a few years ago. Excellent experience both times. I am clueless when it comes to this process, and he was an excellent guide throughout everything!
