Horrible experience. Bad customer service.
Just had my first Moxi treatment this afternoon and I can already see the pigment lifting from my face. I was extremely nervous about which laser option to go with because I have olive skin tone and have been scarred by another medi spa several years back. The provider I had was extremely knowledgeable, energetic and overall incredible. She did multiple passes on my face with the Moxi laser which has been proven to be the safest laser for my skin tone, and I can already see a lot of pigment lifting. I took advantage of promo for bbl hero+ moxi and it is the best thing I've ever done for my skin! Such a cute, clean place. While I waited for the numbing cream to kick in, they put me in a massage chair, which was so relaxing. Kailan was so sweet and knowledge. She got me in last minute and went over what to expect with the treatment and the days after. My skin looks amazing, I'm coming back for tox 😉✨️💖
