What an amazing place! I will most definitely be back. And to breast feeding mothers, if you're ever down town and you're needing to feed they have an open area especially for you!! I am just in complete awe of how helpful and soulful all of the ladies are! Thank you so much!
Amazing little place! We love visiting Shannon and her sweet lil man Edison. Definitely a neat place to shop in downtown Frankfort. I haven't gotten to try any of the classes or sessions with Shawchi yet, but looking forward to doing so in the future!

I had a reiki treatment today with Shawchyi to relieve my stress and sinus pain. First thing she asked me: "How's your breathing?" By showing me how to breathe, that's the first thing I can do to help my body heal itself. I'm looking forward to more healing treatments and classes at Vibrant Life.
The sweetest people, full of knowledge, wisdom and information. Walking into this space is such a positive experience, I cannot wait to participate in classes.
