From the minute I met Helen Hallenbeck AuD at Southgate Mall Health Fair 6+ yrs ago to my appt yesterday, she has been THE VERY BEST in every way for first experience with wonderful hearing aids, to my new set. Mine as Vietnam Vet plus wife's too!! HIGHLY recommend. Whole Staff friendly and helpful, beautiful office!!
Had a good conversion with John to get my history and any hearing issues. The tests were very comprehensive and easy to follow. I felt he was very honest with the results and didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need yet.
I have used Vibrant Hearing for about 5 years now and each time I walk away happy with the service provided. I especially like the fact that they come up to Polson so I don't have to drive all the way to Missoula and lose half my day to commuting. Helen is the best.
