We had an amazing experience at their Urgent Care this morning! We were in and out of there with answers and a prescription sent to the pharmacy within 30 mins! Nurses were so friendly, doctor was quick but explained everything I needed to know plus more.
My 14 years old son and I came in for a travel medical presentation. We were checked in on time because we did the online checked in. The nurse was so fun and did an excellent work in the preliminary exam. Our primary Dr. saw us immediately. Details questions were asked and we were out in no time! It was awesome!!!
The staff assured that the specific tests(2) I wanted done, would be covered by UWRF as my insurance does not work up here, and I got a suprise bill. For a test I did not even take. And unfortunately they do not want to remove the bill :/
I went in to see Nora Bennett, NP, yesterday. I was sure I had food poisoning and I was trying to convince her of it. She recognized that my symptoms were not classic food poisoning symptoms. She sent me to the ER and I found out I have appendicitis. She saved my life! I am so grateful.
