I had no problem scheduling an appointment. Front desk was helpful. Doctors visit was good. No problems
Had a great experience this past weekend visiting urgent care. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little wary going in with some of the bad reviews on Google, but I had a great experience with all the staff, from front desk to nurse to doctor. Correctly diagnosed my symptoms and confirmed with a lab test.
The scheduling and check-in process went great. It took a nosedive from that point forward. My appointment time for check-in was at 2:10pm. Around 2:30 I was taken back by the assistant for vitals. At 3:00 I was still not seen by the assigned provider. Nobody took the time to check in with me to let me know she was running 30 minutes behind. I had to get me daughter to another appointment at 3:15 (which I falsely assumed I would/should have plenty of time for). I ended up leaving my clinic room to find someone to help me fig... read more
My Dr, Dr. Lijeweski is amazing. I met Dr. Lingberg today at Urgent Care and she was wonderful. Have had great experiences here. Thank you.
Knock on wood, so far so good for me. I've had nothing but really good experiences every time I've gone to River Falls M Health Fairview clinic. The Staff are friendly, the check-in process is quick, I'm always seen right away, and I'm in and out of for my scheduled appt w/in a short amount of time...which I truly appreciate. The medical staff are professional, and don't over complicate the medical jargon which is great for me...since I don't have the time to sit there and look up the terminology.
