Don't waste your time with any of the Fairview clinics. Their mistakes will cost you rediculous amounts of time, money, and agitation.
They were great. Went in on a weekday with a sprained ankle (when urgent care wasn't even supposed to be open) and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within the hour. Everyone was professional, very friendly, and explained everything well. Got in an out, x-rays included, in about two hours. Even helped me figure out parking passes with UWRF and any question I had while I was there. Highly recommend!
I had no problem scheduling an appointment. Front desk was helpful. Doctors visit was good. No problems
Had a great experience this past weekend visiting urgent care. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little wary going in with some of the bad reviews on Google, but I had a great experience with all the staff, from front desk to nurse to doctor. Correctly diagnosed my symptoms and confirmed with a lab test.
The scheduling and check-in process went great. It took a nosedive from that point forward. My appointment time for check-in was at 2:10pm. Around 2:30 I was taken back by the assistant for vitals. At 3:00 I was still not seen by the assigned provider. Nobody took the time to check in with me to let me know she was running 30 minutes behind.
