I've been going to Dena for over a year. She has helped me with many of my mental health struggles and has grounded me through my transition from college to real world, adult life. I have been seeing Dena for over a year and she is awesome! Our sessions are therapeutic, fun and healing. She really takes the time to get to know you and then makes a plan to get to the root of any ailments. This has been the best investment in my health to date!
