This was a few years ago, but I wanted to share my experience. I went here for acne treatment and tried the topicals and antibiotics they prescribed. Eventually they kept pushing me to go on Accutane, but I wasn’t comfortable with it because I had a bad experience with it in the past. One of the doctors even explained that another medication I had previously taken was more likely the cause of what happened, but it still felt like they were being passive aggressive about my decision not to go on Accutane. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Although the service from the other employees was nice, the doctor was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I overheard her talking to employees in a very rude and belittling way, which was uncomfortable to witness as a patient. She came across as very judgmental and made the entire experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I cannot recommend Dr. Ip and her team highly enough. They are incredibly knowledgeable across all skin types, and the results—both medical and cosmetic—are consistently excellent.
