I do not recommend this place to anyone. Although the service from the other employees was nice, the doctor was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I overheard her talking to employees in a very rude and belittling way, which was uncomfortable to witness as a patient. She came across as very judgmental and made the entire experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I cannot recommend Dr. Ip and her team highly enough. They are incredibly knowledgeable across all skin types, and the results—both medical and cosmetic—are consistently excellent. A few years ago, I had a cyst removed from my neck; the surgery went perfectly, and the scarring is minimal and has never returned.
