The workers here blast music way too loud, which is really inconsiderate for people who work night shifts and sleep during the day. I’ve also found a lot of nails in my yard and around the streets. My neighbor already had two flat tires because of it. Tri Pointe Homes needs to do better.
This location and builder has wonderfully made homes with great layouts, as a Blinds shades and shutter installer of 21yrs quality in the builder makes the installation go smoothly and really starts off the 1st move in months to a new home feel like home. A pleasure to see and visit the area!
This construction workers for this community blast their music so loud it’s disturbing the neighborhood. They are also out doing construction sometimes until 9pm at night when folks are trying to sleep.
Builder blocked a public school walking path. They do not own this walk way.
