Terrible. Unprofessional high turnover staff. Old nurses are cold hearted and burned out. Cna's who are straight out of training or can't get hired anywhere else work here. The bored and angry looks on their faces is telling. The longest term employee is likely 18 months. Doctors are out of touch with residents needs and medical histories. My mom fell while living on the PC side and the staff was wonderful in responding to this crisis. The executive director was amazing in helping with the transition to Rehab and she personally gives me updates. My mom has memory issues so it has been a blessing to have staff that is so attentive and caring. The PT, nursing and management are all so willing to answer all my questions and concerns during this stressful time. They support not just the patient but the family too.

I absolutely would not recommend anyone send their loved one to this facility! Our mother was a resident in The Gardens (Memory care unit) for almost a year and a half. The care was ok but you definitely needed to stay on top of things and visit often. Mom fell and fractured her hip so once released from the hospital we moved her into the Skilled Nursing area for rehab. Mom was neglected so badly there. I love this place. My mother was just there. The place is beautiful and clean. Patient's are well cared for. The nurses are great! discharge coordinators are excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone
