My brother is there in Vibra hospital of State Street,Springfield,MA.I am not happy to keep him there.Everytime I visit there I get disappointed.The staff are careless.They never change bed.they keep patient dirty.When rang bell,they take an hour to respond.
I would like to make a few comments about how impressed I have been with Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts. My mom has been at the renowned Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge Ma because of their expertise in weaning patients off a ventilator but they fai,es terribly so we sent mom to Vibra. The respetory and physical therapy departments beats Spaulding staff hands down. The people taking care of the patients at Vibra are wonderful and caring for both the patient and the patients family.
