I attended a Barre in-person class led by Marcos. Marcos is lively and energetic! I do believe the class would be better suited for those at an intermediate or expert/skilled level. As someone new to Barre, I found it quite hard to keep up with the exercises. It also did not help that your ability to see Marcos is dependent on where your mat is. In my case, I had a lot of difficulty seeing him to follow along with the exercises. I think maybe rearranging where the mats are (or where the instructor is) may help in keeping pac... read more
Been coming almost a year. Great classes and instructors! I wish the instructors wouldn't call on the class members to lead routines. It is a great opportunity to boost self confidence, yes, but these instances should be limited to 1-2 songs MAX per class. I prefer the energy of the instructors.
