I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Vibes Nail Salon today. My children are sick and home from school, so I called to reschedule for the same day—not cancel—and yet they still charged my card 50% of the service. Charging a cancellation fee for a no-show is one thing, but penalizing a client for a same-day reschedule due to an unavoidable family situation is unreasonable and honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. When I arrived no one greeted me, let alone acknowledged my arrival. The nail artist was running behind, did not care to let me know until after waiting for 15 min I asked for her. The actual service was mediocre at best. First, the massage chairs were not functional and not comfortable. The water was just a giant pan with warm water and additive. Came here for the first time from a recommendation by my friend and I loved it! I had Jae and she was so sweet. I love how my nails turned out and just in time for my birthday!
