Poor customer service. I texted the barber to set an appointment for 10am and he confirmed. I arrived at 9:55 and he was still cutting someone which is completely normal. Once that haircut ended, he told me he had one more in front of me which was a little kid so I was still content to wait. I should've waited for Elijah but he was helping someone else. So I reluctantly let Kalyn do my shape-up. I specifically told her I just wanted the "outsides" of my sideburns "lined up", and to "take some" of my mustache hair down. That was literally it. Instead she "cut off" 90% of my entire sideburns, and cut my mustache "completely in half". Absolutely insane smh. The worst haircut I ever paid for which I shouldn't have. My son had an appointment time scheduled for 9am .. barber never showed up for appointment after my son sat and waited for him over 50 minutes. No one else in the shop made any attempt to assist my son and that is just terrible customer service on all parties. We will never return .
