Vibe class was amazing! Oscar was very helpful and Wanderson was instructing and was very inspiring!
I had a good time in my first class! Staff was friendly and class was easy to follow along. I got a great workout, and the vibrating platforms felt amazing on my usually aching feet.
I totally luv this class! Those vibrating platforms are awesome! Super intense 45-minute workout, lots of fun and faster recovery thanks to vibrating plates! I luv it! :) Everyone should try :)
