Always a great session with Jon B. Sam loves working out with him - always great information - in an encouraging, fun environment.
VIBE Volleyball Lab is great. Coach Tyanna worked with my daughter and by far is one of the best coaches out there. I highly recommend VIBE and Coach Tyanna if you really want to see tremendous improvement. We will definitely be back soon.

My daughter and her teammate had a great workout and reps, and learned new tips and forms - even better they both came out super excited and said what a great time they had!! Tyanna was awesome!
Noah Taitano was phenomenal. In one lesson he helped my daughter gain various tools to use as an undersized hitter.The lesson was very structured but with freedom to make errors and grow. He spent time with my daughter asking her about current and future goals and discussed the importance of working out, sleeping and diet. Location easy to get to and nice area. Nice area for parents to walk since it’s a coach/player zone.
