Great experience - my sister and I went to a Sunday morning yoga class led by Demetrius. It's been awhile since I have been regularly active, so I was a bit nervous going in, however, Demetrius started the class by asking folks what they wanted to work on, their mobility concerns, etc. Throughout the class, he offered mobility modifications to any new position and tailored the entire class to the muscle groups we requested to work on.
