“Hello Atlanta”’s review is completely unhinged and nowhere near representative of Vibe Ride. I’ve been riding with Vibe Ride since 2022, and I’m genuinely so sad they’re closing. The instructors and workouts have been unmatched, and they will truly be missed. I’m going to have a hard time finding another studio that can compare to the amazing workouts and instructors here (especially Daryl). I've been a patron of vibe ride for four years and during this time have witnessed its poor management and gradual downfall, including all but one locations closing and extremely high staff turnover. It was puzzling and odd why no one could work at this place for long and why they couldn't grow or retain membership. Recently, I got my answer: the owner, Shawn. Visited this gym and was not impressed at all. I doubt they will be around long. First, the customer service is absolutely horrendous - the receptionist has a lot of attitude. Then, after checking in, I overhear someone making mean and inappropriate comments about a customer. I later find out it was the owner who was making those comments. Wow! The workout itself was below average. Won't be returning.
Great experience here. Will come back!
