Daryl is amazing!!! I love coming to cycling class weekly☺️
I was in town for a little over a week and was able to go to 4 sessions with different instructors. They were all amazing, brought the energy and the hype! I wish this place was in my hometown so I could use it anytime I needed a pick me up or adrenaline dose!
What a fun ride! Energy was fantastic, music bumping and Crystal was a VIBE. The studio was clean and there were lockers and showers if you need them. Next time I’m in Atlanta I’ll be back.
Great experience - my sister and I went to a Sunday morning yoga class led by Demetrius. It's been awhile since I have been regularly active, so I was a bit nervous going in, however, Demetrius started the class by asking folks what they wanted to work on, their mobility concerns, etc. Throughout the class, he offered mobility modifications to any new position and tailored the entire class to the muscle groups we requested to work on.
