I came here for my 24th birthday. First I would like to commend the lady who served us today. My family was having trouble locating the entrance and she came outside to direct us. She was very kind and helpful and had great appetizer recommendations. Chef Faith did an amazing job. Loved the wings. Nice decor and great DJ. They hosted our private event 1-4:30p…. At 4:30 many people still hadn't been served their main dish, let alone dessert. Not to mention all who attended preordered a week in advance. If you are looking for a bar experience, sure. But if you want good service and great food, absolutely not.
Don't waste your time eating here. I ate here twice and had the same experience. The service is ridiculously slooooowww. I waited over an hour for some cookies just for the waiter to report back they didn't have any. Each time I went, there were only 3 servers. They seem short staffed. The calamari tastes amazing but their brunch pancakes were flavorless. Overall, this restaurant isn't worth the money.
Very bad customer service and bad communication!
We celebrated my wife's birthday! We couldn't have picked a better place. The Vibe was just right.
