I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the customer service and food didn’t justify the prices. I ordered lumpia, fries, and a cocktail. The lumpia was good, but my fries didn’t arrive until nearly 30 minutes later, and when they finally did, they were cold. I absolutely loved vibe from the ambiance to the amazing food I enjoyed. There’s something for EVERYONE here! I particularly celebrated my anniversary dinner here and they made sure to make it incredible S/o to everyone at vibe I had a GREAT experience!!
If I could give VIBE more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We chose VIBE as our after-wedding celebration, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. They reserved the entire space for our group (about 18 people), the staff constantly checked in to make sure everyone was doing well, and they made us feel like we were their only priority all evening. The birthday dinner was scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM. Since several guests arrived late, there was still plenty of time for the restaurant to begin preparing the food so it would be ready to serve once everyone arrived. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to happen. The service was disorganized from the start. The waitstaff appeared scattered, and several interactions came across as rude.
