I normally don’t write reviews, but Vibe Garage Door Repair really deserve it. My garage door got stuck halfway open late at night, and I was stressing out because I couldn’t close it. I called a few places but Vibe was the only one that actually answered right away and sent a tech out the same evening. The technician (I think his name was Dov?) showed up on time, super polite, and explained everything before doing the work. Vibe Garage Door Repair is the best garage door company in Sydney by far, I woke up early morning and my opener blew and spring was snapped, I looked for an emergency garage door repair company, I looked everywhere, I took quotes from the very expensive companies out there, it was crazy! My double garage motor in my house at Avalon died - scott and team got a guy out fast and correctly assessed that the motor was old 12+ and parts rare and needed replacing Scott offered me a good set of pricing options based on need and made it really simple Quote was better than others and guys came out really fast and exactly in time. They gave me messages on when coming and were super professional Great advice on self maintenance too plus 5 year warranty and they thew in a 3rd remote This was a great customer experience
