If i could give 0 stars i would. They over charge you on rent and refuse to fix the situation. Dont move here. Neighbors are also super loud and inconsiderate
I've lived here from March 2019-November 2021. I've never had any issues with the apartment (Building M) that I've rented nor with the leasing office. One thing I'd add the parking spots get taken quickly if you come home late at night, other than that, apartment was renovated and carpet was changed. Prices did go up but not by much. At the time when I rented it was a bit over $1,500 for a 2 bedroom, which isn't bad at all.
Dont even bother wasting your time for tour. The black lady was late for the tour (you guys need to list your hours on confirmation emails) and did not have a good attitude. Had another appointment at the same time as me and helped the other person first. Waste of time, dont look here.
I have had many headaches from dealing with the leasing office. The leasing office is unorganized, hard to reach as they use an AI phone tool for incoming phone calls, unreliable, and unresponsive. They often give mixed and conflicting answers. Before I moved in, I had to sign three different leases.
