Quite frankly, ever since the new management team moved in, everything has gone up in price. Yet, they want to ensure that you aren't making 'too much' to live there. There used to be a wonderful amount of maintenance folks cleaning up the area and ensuring the apartments in and out, were kept clean and safe. Now, once again under this new management they are left with a skeleton crew forced to rely on incompetent folks who can't order parts correctly and left to do the 'best they can'.
