My family and I ate at Via's for the first time a couple of weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with it. Our waitress was very personable, and worked with us so that we got exactly what was best for our family. My husband and I had a fabulous time at this one of a kind pizza joint. The kid's corner that was mentioned in another post is not located right inside the door but rather in the far corner. Little youngster's are allowed to read books and play with a few toys while their parents wait on their pizza. The night we were in that wait was not long at all! Tried this place after hearing how good the food was....BAD idea!! There is a "kid" area right by the front door, so as soon as you walk in, you can hear kids screaming. Took forever to be seated to a table, waiter had no personality at all plus they messed up on our order. Also, they messed up on another table right beside us. I recommend passsing this one up...
The food was ok at this restaurant. We ate here on a Satuarday in the evening and we were told after we placed our order that the wait was going to be 30 min. Well after 15-20 min. went by, the waitress came to our table and said that they are all out of the alfredo sauce. Then we waited 15 min. longers, and to top that off they messed up our orders by serving us the wrong crust on two pizzas.
