I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I came here. We got 3 deluxe pedicures and they tried to do regular but charge us for deluxe. I get my feet done often but not here and I think I know what a deluxe pedicure covers. I’ll never return. I actually should have just waited on my nail shop to open. I was trying to get back on the road to head home and found them. Worst mistake ever.
Need a real person that knows how to do pedicures. The older lady only works Friday,Saturday, Sunday. She does a really good job. Skinny lady doesn't get the cuticles and extra skinny and husk off feet. Feels like a washing only.
Horrible experience! Do not come here at all! I came here last Sunday and the man who did my nails made it look like my 7 year old niece did it. Kept complaining when I told him it wasn’t how I wanted it! Charged me 50$ for this mess on my fingers and they’re coming off already!! Second picture is what I asked for.
I just wanted a busic manicure and pedicure. My usual spot is closed on Sundays. The lady doing my pedicure tried to rush through it. I had to have her go over my feet twice before I was satisfied. She had to repolish my toes. I did not let her do my manicure at all.
I have given this nail shop sooo many chances. Never Again!!!! Had me waiting 30 mins just to then tell me the nail tech wanted to leave and i should just come back tomorrow morning. When explaining that i would be at work in the AM i was then told " well just go somewhere else". I WILL not be BACK !!! I miss Vian, the OLD owner.. Anyway... never again.... Back to Artisian Nails i go
