We were in need of a GC who could oversee the TI work in my warehouse. We needed someone professional, budget conscious and fast. Basically, we needed the impossible. Jake and his team not only got the job done right and on budget, he was an incredible help with the process of working with city inspectors. I couldn't have been happier with the work and with his professionalism. I really hope to work with him again on other projects.
